BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies builds technologies and services that enable people to connect with each other, build communities, and grow businesses. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access and use of BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies, Messenger, and the other products, websites, features, apps, services, technologies, and software we offer (the or Products), except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply. (For example, your use of Instagram is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use). These Products are provided to you by BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies Platforms, Inc. These Terms therefore constitute an agreement between you and BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies Platforms, Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, then do not access or use BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies or the other products and services covered by these Terms.

These Terms (formerly known as the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities) make up the entire agreement between you and BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies Platforms, Inc. regarding your use of our Products. They supersede any prior agreements.

We don't charge you to use BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies or the other products and services covered by these Terms, unless we state otherwise. Instead, businesses and organizations, and other persons pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our Products, you agree that we can show you ads that we think may be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to help determine which personalized ads to show you.

We don't sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don't share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission. Instead, advertisers can tell us things like the kind of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content. See Section 2 below to learn more about how personalized advertising under these terms works on the BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies Products.

Our explains how we collect and use your personal data to determine some of the ads you see and provide all of the other services described below. You can also go to pages of the relevant BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies Product at any time to review the privacy choices you have about how we use your data.

1. The services we provide

Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and accountable student transportation services globally. To deliver on this mission, we provide the following Products and services to you:

• Student Transportation Platform: A comprehensive management system connecting parents/guardians, schools, drivers, safety companions, dispatchers, and transportation liaisons for coordinated student transportation.
• Real-Time GPS Tracking: Live vehicle tracking and geofence monitoring that parents and schools can use to verify their children's transit status and safety at all times.
• Student Verification Systems: Device attestation, biometric verification, and student boarding/dropoff confirmation to ensure end-to-end chain of custody.
• Emergency Alert Integration: 911 emergency triggering, safety event reporting, and multi-party notification chains including after-hours school contacts and Office of Pupil Transportation duty officers.
• Accessibility Services: Wheelchair-accessible vehicle routing, booster seat accommodations, IEP/CSP compliance management, and disability-aware dispatch for students with and without disabilities.
• Court Order Compliance: Automated enforcement of custody-related court orders including allowed/restricted receivers and addresses, with full audit trails.
• Multi-Party Communication: Secure messaging and notification between all authorized parties in a student's transportation chain.
• Payment Processing: Support for multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, P-Cards (procurement cards), Net-30 deferred payment, vouchers, insurance-covered medical transit, and partner organization billing.

2. How our services are funded

Instead of paying to use our Products, by using the Products covered by these Terms, you agree that we can show you personalized ads and content that businesses, organizations, and individuals pay us to promote. We use your personal data — such as information about your activity and interests — to show you ads and content that are more relevant to you.

Protecting people's privacy is central to how we've designed our ad system. This means we can show you relevant and useful ads without telling advertisers who you are. We don't sell your personal data. We allow advertisers to tell us things like their business goal, and the kind of audience they want to see their ads. We then show their ad to people who might be interested.

3. Your commitments to us and our community

We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission. In exchange, we need you to make the following commitments:

3.1 Who can use our Products

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a Parent, Driver, Companion, School Administrator, or Dispatcher
• Your account must not have been previously disabled for violation of our Terms or policies
• You must not be a convicted sex offender if registering as a Driver or Companion
• Drivers and Companions must pass background checks and fingerprint verification

3.2 What you can share and do

• You must provide accurate information about yourself, your children, and your qualifications
• You must not impersonate another person or provide false credentials
• You must not share student information with unauthorized individuals
• You must not interfere with the operation of safety systems, geofences, or verification processes
• You must comply with all applicable laws including FERPA, COPPA, and ADA

3.3 Permissions you give us

• GPS Location: Drivers and Companions grant permission for continuous GPS tracking during service hours
• Notifications: You grant permission for SMS, email, and push notifications related to trip status, safety alerts, and emergency overrides
• Background Checks: Drivers and Companions authorize background screening and ongoing monitoring
• Data Usage: You grant us permission to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy

4. Additional provisions

4.1 Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, if you create risk or legal exposure for us, if your conduct puts student safety at risk, or if maintaining your account would be contrary to applicable law. We will notify you by email or within the platform the next time you try to access your account.

4.2 Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BluPreserva Industries, StudentRide and Affiliated Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our acts.

4.3 Disputes

If a claim or dispute arises out of or relates to your use of the Products, both you and BluPreserva Industries agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

4.4 Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by email and/or through the Products. Your continued use after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance.
